Hi Kurt, It's amazing how many
people seem to have the same problem that I did before you installed the new system. When I told people why I was working
from home the day you did the install I found out I wasn't alone with mold and moisture problems. I must admit I was
skeptical as I didn't think air flow could make that much difference. The very first morning I woke up and started checking
windows for moisture. There was absolutely none! I also noticed before I even got out of bed that the air in the house smelled
like towels I had dried outside. It's still new but 2 thumbs up so far. I will continue to spread the word and feel free to
use me as a reference. Happy Customer, Hope, Windham, ME
3/2/11 My ERV has worked out beautifully. (installed Oct
2009) I was a little concerned about the ERV's ability to remove bathroom moisture in the summer. It does not seem to be an
issue! Our cronic mildew problem in our bathroom has also disappeared.

Dear Kurt, 2/17/11
It seems to be taking care of my moisture problem. Also for the first
time in ages, I haven't been waking up with a headache. (Which I've been having several times a week.) I haven't had a headache
in over a week. Thank you for the wonderful job you did. Sincerely, Patty, Windham
Hi Kurt,
I'm
just writing to tell you how pleased I am with my new air exchange system. I had my sisters over for a weekend and all three
of them commented as to how well they had slept, in spite of the fact that two of them usually suffer from insomnia, and my
oldest sister has an inability to sleep anywhere other than at her own home. She has a super insulated house without
any type of air exchange, hence a constant, stale smell prevails. They said their good night's rest must be due to how
"quiet" my home is. I'm quite certain it's more due to how "fresh" my home is thanks to my Fresh Air Ventilation
system. Didn't they hear the wailing loons? :)

And we appreciate the great installation Kurt completed. The air is crisper, and nicer
to live with, and it has not apparently taken heat out of the heated portion of the house, as I feared it might. Good work.
Thanks. Peter Winslow, ME
Dear Kurt Johnson,
On behalf of my wife and myself,
I wanted to take this opportunity to thank you for the sale and installation of the Venmar heat recovery system. We couldn’t
be more satisfied with every aspect of the job.
The unit seems perfectly sized for our house and has
worked flawlessly during this "Old Time" winter we have been enjoying. With all the worrisome references to global
warming, we are encouraged by the gains in efficiencies in this heat recovery system. The system not only recovers our valuable
heat, but it is much more efficient at venting odors and vapor than our original, 15-year-old unit.
Thanks
again Kurt for helping us take an environmentally responsible approach to maintaining our "shelter".
Best
regards,
AL Hardy
PS. Feel free to use us as a reference in the future regarding
the quality of the Venmar equipment or your professional approach to installations.
Hi Kurt,
Thank goodness you were able to get to us to determine the cause of our air ventilation system malfunction.
Replacing the motor and blower unit has made all the difference in the world. When we first learned that air was not
circulating in our house properly (as it had been for the previous five years), we noticed a difference in the quality of
the air in the house, as well as the temperature evenness within the house. Now, with the new unit installed there are
no stale air pockets within the house and even on the coldest of days the temperatures within the house now seem that much
more even and stable. Thanks so much for your prompt response to our service call and for getting the needed replacement
parts right to us.

Hi Kurt,
Last
year { May 2008 ) you installed a new air filtratration and ventillation system in our house, a Venmar Hepa 4100. We are very
happy with it.
My
daughter and her kids were coming to visit with us for most of the summer, they live in Washington State, my grandaughter
has lots of allergies and I was concerned for her well being. They were here for seven weeks and I want you to know that she
had no problems at all, she had a very comfortable visit with us. While they were here, they visited other family members
and my grandaughter had a serious flareup and had to leave one place. I'm happy to say " That never happened here
".
You and your men did an excellent
job, you were professional and accommodating. I would highly reccommend this system to anybody. We are all very
happy and satisfied with it.
Respectfully,
Norm Blais,

Just want to tell you that we are great fans of the ventilation system that you installed in our new house
(built by GOlogic) on Spruce Head Island in South Thomaston. This is the cleanest, most dust free house I have ever lived
in. We also used as toxic free building materials and furnishing as we could. I have been able to almost stop taking allergy
medications for the first time in years.

Hi
Kurt!, We believe the system you installed has taken care of all issues as far as we know, nice clean air inside, so happy
with the system!!! Thanks again! Carol

Hi Kurt,
"I
really appreciate your help yesterday getting that air exchanger going. The air in this place is 100% better already. It was
awfully stale without air exchanging going. It's a wonderful thing"

Hi Kurt, Just wanted to give you an update... The inline electrostatic filter you installed for us to filter
out the smoke from our wood stove from the incoming air is working GREAT! Even when the wind is blowing the smoke
right to the air intake while the system is venting we can't detect any odor in the house. Moreover, smoke from
INSIDE of the house (opening the wood stove) seems to get filtered out when the system is in recirc mode. Does this make sense,
or am I just imagining it?
In any case, we're very happy with how it's working... Thank You :-) Thought you'd
like to know, since you mentioned that you had another customer who had a similar issue with smoke coming in from a neighbors
chimney. Thx again, best wishes, Dan S.Berwick 3/10

AVS ERV CONSTRUCTO 2.0 QUATTRO Part #45115 REPAIRS AND MAINTENANCE Venmar AVS ERV Constructo Quattro modular design makes it possible to remove all mechanical parts in less than 5
minutes. (to help the service companies quickly remove the guts and sell you and entire fan assembly rather than enable them
to fix the motor. The motor is not easily removable from the fan assembly.) The low power consumption PSC motor is permanently
lubricated (when the lubricant fails, it simply seizes up. Low power in this context just means small, not efficient - PCS
motors are wasteful). Even better, the entire motor sub-assembly can be removed in less than a minute for easier maintenance.
(this is true). WARRANTY The Venmar AVS ERV Constructo Quattro is protected by a 2-year warranty on parts only. (fans only
last two years which is why we only give two years). The energy recovery core is covered by a 5-year warranty. Venmar Ventilation Inc. Recalls Heat Recovery Ventilators Due to Fire
